1- wake up early , do some #jogging daily , eat fruits, salad, drink jucie not shakes.
2- After jogging do some #exerice so your body can strech and you can do more work fastly.
3- If your body is free from the stress, than you can think more broad and start loving yourself.
4- Who #loves them selfs they can do and achive more goals in life with positive manner.
5- Dont compare your self with others, never ever.
6- Do evening walk after your dinner so your food can adjust fast in your stomach and dont generate any fat.
7- Drink atleast 10 #glass water because as much water timly we drink in a day, then our body dont store the waste of anything upper in stomach.
8- Water also gives you shine on your face, and its best for in stress or tensen time.
9- Quality time with friends to family spend, again dont compare your self, just be happy that time is yours to be happy.
10- Make a habbit to do something for yourself. That give you more positive strength inner for futre decisons.
